Application:

■Removal of rust on metal workpieces, molds and other ferrous materials

■Removal of sludge on wire cutting machines

Method of use:

■Use undiluted: Please do not dilute Rust Remover KDV-200.

■Soak and rinse:

●Soak the rusted workpiece in KDV-200.

●Rinse the product well with water as soon as the rust dissolves.

●Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000).

■Apply with brush or cloth

●Apply the remover to the rusty surface using a brush or cloth.

●As soon as the rust dissolves, rinse the surface with water using another brush or cloth.

●Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000) if possible.

■Plastic container 　OK

Metallic container 　NO

Use a hard plastic container for soaking the workpiece. Avoid metal containers.
